EE. UU. – Clairvest y Rubico Gaming compran Delaware Park

Con sede en Canadá Clairvest Group and Rubico Gaming have set up a new company to buy Delaware Park in Wilmington, Delaware where it serves not just the Delaware market but parts of the Maryland, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania too.
The property has been owned by the Rickman family since 1983 and consists of over 100,000 square feet of gaming space with slot machines, table games, and poker tables.
It is the 30th casino and racetrack Clairvest has invested in. The deal is expected to close by the end of the calendar year 2021. Rubico Gaming bought Caesars’ Harrah’s Louisana Downs for $22m in November.
